Pycharm 2025.2.5 Not loading Excel files .xslx

After installing pycharm and opening a project that has .xlsx files , when clicking in the excel file, the file is not open and the following error message is shown:

Please check if the issue is reproducible on 2025.3 - In case it persists, create a new bug on YouTrack and make sure to attach the IDE logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data
