Can't renew educational license.
Hello,
I am trying to renew my JetBrains Student License, but I am unable to complete the renewal process because my former institutional email address has been deactivated.
The student license associated with my accaount was originally registered using this institutional email. Since I no longer have access to it, I cannot receive the verification emails or complete the required steps for revalidation.
I am currently still eligible for a student license, but my educational institution has replaced my old email address with a new one. Unfortunately, the renewal process requires access to the previous email account, which is no longer available.
Could you please advise on how I can update my email address or revalidate my student status using my new institutional email or alternative documentation?

full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
