Support for remote JupyterHub Terminal

I am working at an environment that jupyterhub server ssh forward is not allowed. But I see jupyter own impelmentation of web terminal. Is that Jetbrains's app support for that too? That will basically kills the need of openning up jupyterhub ever again. I only need a jetbrains client for accessing the jupyterhub, run code, do whatever I want.
