I saw the table being synchronized during use, but I didn't find how the table data was synchronized.

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by “how the table data was synchronized”?
There is an automatic synchronization that occurs when the Auto sync setting is enabled. Additionally, for some DBMSs, DataGrip analyzes which objects could potentially be modified by a query and refreshes those objects. If you mean which specific rows were updated during synchronization, DataGrip does not show that information.
