Problem receiving verification email for JetBrains Educational Pack

Hello,

My name is Ibtihel Ammouri, and I am a student at ISITCom (University of Sousse_Tunisia).

I am trying to renew my JetBrains Educational Pack license using my university email address: ammouri.ibtihel@isitc.u-sousse.tn. However, I do not receive the verification email.

I have tried the process several times and checked my spam folder, but the email still does not arrive. My classmates using the same university email domain are able to receive the verification email without any problem.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or resend the verification email?

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student (if applicable), and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your
full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
