Issue receiving emails to my university email address

Hello JetBrains Support,
I am having trouble receiving emails from JetBrains to my university email address.
The issue seems to affect only my email address, not the university domain in general. I have already checked my spam/junk folder and tried resending the email multiple times, but nothing has arrived.
Could you please check whether there is any issue with sending emails to my address or with my account verification/student verification process?
My university email address: jwmc1118@kau.kr

ownership and eligibility. According to our records your student email address was blocked.
