Help with scaling netbeans IDE to -J-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.2 on kubuntu 25.10

Hey guys, Ive been using your jetbrains Jdk specifically version OpenJDK Runtime Environment JBR-21.0.10+7-1163.110-nomod (build 21.0.10+7-b1163.110) because swing apps had a blurry text on wayland and Im tirelessy trying to set the ui scaling of all java apps to 1.2 but java only goes to 1 or 2…even telling it -J-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=3 It opens as scaling 1…I dont know what else to do, I tried launching Netbeans and other jar swing apps with your parameters from help like -Dide.ui.scale=<floating point value>, -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=<floating point value> nothing works out
