Open Source development Free Licnese
Hi all
I am starting development of an Open Source PHP project. The JetBrains site suggests that a free license can be obtained for this, but I have been unable to figure out how to do so. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sadly, there is no free non-commercial version of PhpStorm available at the moment.
What you can do, though, is to fill the form to apply for an Open Source Development License:
