Not receiving the email to renew the student license
Hello,
I have been trying to renew my student license for the past hour, I have tried multiple times but I never get the email on my student account. I have checked the spam folder already.

Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of being verified as belonging to a student, your student email address
and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.
After getting this information and your valid supporting document we'll help you to solve the issue.
