Multi empty lines at the end of file

There is a setting to ensure empty line at the end of the file on save. But if there are several empty lines at the end of the file it stays untouched. Is there any way to configure rubymine so it remove all of the unnecessary empty lines and always keeps one at the end of the file on save?
