Lessons disappear while creating Course.

For a course with more than 4 lessons, I can only see the 1st 3 lessons. The additional lessons were created and I got to edit the task description but then soon after, then no longer show in the list of lessons. Why is this so?

In the screenshot below, you can see the list of lectures that I see in the Editor.
When, I switch from Course mode to Project mode, these are the list of lectures that I actually created :
As you can see, noisy_GP module does not show up in the Course mode. Is there a limit on the number of modules I can create? My guess is that only 3 are allowed. Is that true?
