IDE freezes unrecoverable continiously
Since yesterday afternoon I have the problem that my IDE freezes extremely often and needs to be killed using the Windows Taskmanager. The last 24 hours I have restarted the IDE for at least 20 times. It even comes to a point that I can only write 5 lines of code before it freezes again. I have already updated to the last build and rebooted the computer a couple of times. This didn't fix the problem. I don't get an error report either after restarting so I don't have a clue where to look for a solution.

What PhpStorm version do you use?
Are there any errors in C:\Users\ your username \.PhpStormXXXX.Y\system\log\idea.log file?
Around the time of the freezes there are some errors, but I don't know if they're related to the issue. How can I send a snippet of the log file to check?
It would be better if you share the whole logs bundle (Help | Compress Logs) within a support ticket (to avoid exposure):
