Display problem with dual screen setup in PHPstorm

Hello,

I have a problem with a dual screen setup in PHPStorm 2017.3

My first screen is my laptop screen and my second screen is a nexternal one (bigger than my laptop). When i put PHPstorm in the second screen (the biggest one) and i click on "file" for example, the menu dropped on the first screen wich is very annoying as you can see in the screenshot.

Thanks for your help, i'm running on Windows 10 64bits up-to-date.
