JavaScript Plugin exception on startup, leading to it being disabled.

Hi,

I was trying to use the Angular plugin which restarted and then threw JavaScript exception on reload. Cannot seem to reinstall the plugin.

Environment:

• Ubuntu 17.10
• Intellji IDEA Ultimate 2017.3
