Pycharm and Mail client together break down High Sierra frequently

Whenever I have the Apple Mail client (v. 11.4) running at the same time as Pycharm (2018.1.4 Professional), I frequently have the system breaking down (macOS High Sierra on MacBook Pro 2017). The dump file points to Mail, but this happens only when the PyCharm is running too. Apple, naturally (??!), does not answer the problem. Perhaps you know something about it?
