Scroll page up/down with moving cursor while not using PgUp/PgDn buttons

Hi all,

I'm using an Azerty keyboard and the PgUp and PgDn buttons are quite far from my arrows so it's not so practical to use these to scroll a page up. So I would like to remap them but I can't find where I can do this. There is a scroll up hotkey but this leaves the caret at it's original position so that's not so practical :/

Is there a way to do this?
