Entire Deployment Management is gone on all projects!?

Since last night my deployment section is gone, all remotes, everything. Deployment options like upload on save are not even available (no options exist) to change. Remote servers window "nothing here". I cannot add remote hosts, and I cannot create a new project from existing files. Tools -> Deployment is completely gone... I am using 2017.3.4.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Alright well I downgraded to 2017.3.3, same issue. I upgraded to 2017.3.4 and then there was another updated to 2017.3.4 and updating to that release seems to have fixed the issue.
I'm suddenly have the same issue. No Deployment options. I have 8 projects/domains and they all have the same issue. My version is 2017.1. Strange that this would happen abruptly. I will do the upgrade.
I've upgraded to 2018.3.4 and I still can't find the deployment management that was under tools. No remote host pane. Can't find "upload options on files". What happened?
I found out the issue. Sometimes the plugins are not ready for the next version so they are disabled. You need to go into plugins, and re-enable them.
