Unable to run program set up in External Tools in OS X

I am trying to set up `isort` with Pycharm - actually I already did it on Linux machine and worked fine, but cannot make it work on OS X.

I set everything according to this:

Here is the output I receive no matter if I run it via `Tools` menu or from keyboard shortcut:

/Users/me/projects/my_project/.direnv/python-3.6.4/bin/isort -e m 4 -w 79 /Users/me/projects/my_project/path/to/my/file.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/Users/me/projects/my_project/.direnv/python-3.6.4/bin/isort", line 7, in <module>
from isort.main import main
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'isort'

Process finished with exit code 1

Project interpreter is set correctly; when I run

/Users/me/projects/my_project/.direnv/python-3.6.4/bin/isort -e m 4 -w 79 /Users/me/projects/my_project/path/to/my/file.py

from command line, it works.

Sooh, do you see isort actually installed and recognized by pycharm? I.e., Preferences/Project app/Project Intepreter shows isort for the python 3.6.4 interpreter?  From your error code above it seems it is not installed for python 3.6.4

Yes, it is installed, I double checked it, still throws an error.
