Font sync between two PhpStorms

I have two instances of PhpStorm - one on my home PC (Linux Mint 18.2) and another on work PC (Ubuntu 14.04). I use "IDE Settings Sync" plugin to sync my settings between instances.

I use 14pt font-size for interface and 18pt font-size for editor. But everytime when my PhpStorm at home syncs its settings, the interface gets 11pt font-size and editor gets 14pt font-size. And when my PhpStrom at work syncs its settings, the interface and editor gets their font-size bigger, than usual - about 23pt. The font itself is also changes. I also had this problem when I was using the "Settings Repository" plugin.

I can't get my Storms to sync font and font-size properly. Help please.
