Global hotkeys don't work
Is there any way to free up Webstorm from taking over hotkeys when I hold ALT? I use Auto Hotkey to turn jkli into arrow keys for faster keyboard movement.

No... Basically this is mostly out of our control and is handled by JDK/OS
