PyCharm 2018.1 Pro PostgreSQL db restore from sql-file errors

Hi

As part of my testing/workflow I do PostgreSQL db backups as one large sql file with Pycharm built in "Dump with 'pg_dump'" functionality. Restoring the db is easy, just run the .sql file and point to the targed db/schema. All worked well until version 2018.1. That version logs multiple errors like:

INSERT INTO <tablename> VALUES ... was aborted: ERROR: syntax error at end of input

Custom-type backup/restore with pg_dump/pg_restore works. When reverting back to 2017.3.4 everything works again with the same .sql files.

Another weirdness: auto completing SQL statements gives suggestions in uppercase as before, but when selected, the statements are always lowercased.

Could you provide a sample script to reproduce the problems and exact insert statement that caused the problem?

@vasily chernov I'm afraid I can share that script only privately. If you provide me an e-mail, I'll send it to you.

I reproduced the issue. Follow https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/DBE-6312 for further updates.

As a temporary solution use Restore wit psql option from right-click context menu:
