Use different REPL in Debugger and Run Console

Hi,

the ptpython REPL (https://github.com/jonathanslenders/ptpython) has lots of very useful features. I'd like to use ptipython (i.e. the ptpython REPL with ipython kernel) in botch the Debugger and Run console.

Any way to achieve this?
