Unanswered ticket about broken "Restore Default Layout" in CLion 2018.1
Hello, several months back, I reported a problem with various windows in CLion loosing their position after application restart (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CPP-11284). I have provided screenshots, detailed problem description. Support engineer posted answer which did not solve my problem (it actually showed he did not even spend one minute to try to reproduce it) and switched the ticket to "Wait for Reply" state. I replied with another detailed description of how the program actually behaves compared to the expected behaviour and why his answer was completely off, but no answer since.
Now after upgrading to 2018.1, the problem got much worse and forces me to manually re-setup my whole window layout every time I restart the application. I tried to ping the support engineers through the ticket, but no answer... again...
Is this really how JetBrains thinks support to the paying customer who spent his money on their product should look like?

Thanks for the reply, both here and in the ticket. It seems (from the newly linked tickets and their links) that this problem appears with some variations in basically every product you sell, so I hope it will be fixed soon. Again, thanks for moving things forward a bit.
