Lost some php intentions after disabling plugins

Hi,

I uninstalled a number of plugins to increase performance but then I seem to have lost the ability to generate a class method from usage

So after hitting alt+enter, I don't get the usual intentions. It could be something else, but I'm suspecting it's a plugin that I disabled

Which plugin should I re-enable or reinstall?
