Adjust highlighting colour for the box

Hello, I would like to adjust the colour of the box surrounding highlighting semantic words, but I cannot find the right option in colour scheme. Does anyone know if this is possible? 

As you can see, this is way too bright. I would like the box to be greyish. Even better, I would like no box, and actually highlighting the word with a different colour.
