PhpStorm Toolbars Keep Resetting To Default Positions

Hi there

In the last couple of days I have upgraded from PhpStorm 2018.1 to 2018.1.1

Only today I noticed that the location of my toolbar tabs around the screen have moved (to the default locations). Even the toolbar tabs that I have previously 'removed from Sidebar' keep coming back every time I restart PhpStorm.

3 - 4 days ago I installed the JetBrains Toolbox to save my .idea configuration(s) 'in the cloud'. After a while I decided against this idea and uninstalled the toolbox, but not before I noticed I was having these problems.

I have uninstalled the Jetbrains Toolbox, uninstalled PhpStorm and reinstalled PhpStorm but I still have the same problem.

I have tried installing PhpStorm versions 2017.3.6,2018.1 and 2018.1.1 (from full installs, not updating to the next version). I wonder if the Jetbrains Toolbox has somehow caused this issue.

I am at a loss as to what could be causing this, but it is impacting on my workflow as I use these toolbars (with the mouse) all the time.

Any thoughts and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
