How to put the Run button on the side of the code?

Hello, i want to know how can i have the Run button where the red circle is on the image, my university's computes have that, you can click on it and it will run the current code, unlike the Run button on the tool bar wich does not run the current code, i've asked this somewhere else and all i got was "oh you can ctrl+shift+f10" or "you can just right click the file and run it", but that is avoiding my question, thank you.
