Intellij idea version: 2018.1
How to reproduce Issue:
--> Default Project Structure

--> Click Python SDK
--> Window/Frame does not display. Instead just a button is being displayed in off location. Please see attached screenshot.

Is it always reproducible? Do you use any 3rd plugins? If problem remains, please file an issue at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA with idea.log attached. Thank you.
Thanks for quick response.
I'm not using any third party plugin but problem is reproduce able. I have created issue and attached log file as suggested.
Saleem,
Could you please attach link to the issue? Have you clicked on "Add..."? It should open "Add python" dialog
Yaroslav,
Yes, it opens "Add Python" dialog when clicking on "Add..." button. Here is link to issue reported: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-188996
Saleem,
So, it works fine except "Add..." button position?
yes, It works fine. But if someone don't pay attention, it's hard to tell what's happening. There is no way to add SDK so big bummer.
I moved your request to PyCharm project and marked as "Usability Problem". Please folow it for updates.
