EduTools not loaded

Hi, installed EduTools plugin but in the plugins section of the settings it is highlighted red and when i put the mouse over it is says "The plugin was not loaded requered com.intellij.modules.androidstudios plugin is not enabled". However the android support is enabled. Also, EduTool is not available when creating a new project. Thanks for the help
