PHPStorm 2018.1 and 2017.3 git branch commit multiple proyects

I have a multipples proyects on the same folder and some times i get opened 3 at once so..

When i try to commit in one of them the phpstorm try to push the same branch at the 3 proyects at same time that was not correct because are diferents proyects... i dont know how deatch the multiple commit... i try to delete the git reference but remove the origin reference on the proyect folder so i need torestablish the connection again and again have the same problem...
