How to disable folders' statuses auto-assignment (source, excluded, test, etc.) ?

Hi ! I have problem with IntellijIdea when I'm starting a new PHP project IDE automatically marks random directories as source, test and excluded. I unmark directories statuses in Project Structure > Modules but after reload they appears again.

How can I disable this auto-assignment for directories in my project ?
