The error already has the answer -- the installer got corrupted during download (e.g. network issue) or when written to the disk (local hdd/ram issue).
Try downloading it again using different browser (to avoid caching).
I do try again and it working and installed.
But, now i have new problem, after click on program in desktop show one error:
Failed to create JVM: error code -1.
JVM Path C:\WinPrograms\Jetbrains PhpStorm 2018.1\jre64\
If you already have a 64-bit JDK Installed, define a JAVA_HOME variable in
Computer > System Properties > System Settings > Environment Variables.
I do installed jdk-10_windows-x64_bin from Oracel and add JAVA_HOME variable in Computer > System Properties > System Settings > Environment Variables.
Hello
I do try to install PHPStorm 2018.1
But, IT's not working.
Showing Error for open installer.
IF opened, showing error in end of install and install not completed.

What's your OS exactly ( I see that it's a Windows 10 .. but 32 or 64 bit ?)
Installer comes with 64-bit JDK bundled (which can be used on 64-bit OS only, obviously).
For 32-bit OS there is an option to download appropriate JDK.
No other ideas right now.
