Focus issue with Intellij Idea 2018.1 Follow

Every time I use class search dialog (or any other) and there is no search results search window loses focus. Like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgKOU5t9vEw
Has anyone any idea how to fix or troubleshoot this behavior?
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and i3 window manager.
