VCS changesets to scopes?

I'm doing a complicated code review and I'd like to pass all the changes though inspection in IDEA. The changes are already applied to the branch in question. Is there a way to highlight a number of changesets in the VCS history and create a scope from them I can then use for inspection? some other way to do something similar?

Changesets in question involve a lot of refactoring so changes spread all over the codebase.
