Can't find "Show Diff with Local" option in "History Tab" in " Version Control tool window"

Hi,

I can't find "Show Diff with Local" option in "History Tab" in " Version Control tool window".

The link above mentions the tooltip. What's going on?

I can right click and compare wit local, but's that's a whole lot of steps with the mouse that I don't want to take.

I am using Subversion for VC and I am using PyCharm Pro 2018.1.
