Not upload file to server when I save
I have enabled auto upload file when I hit the command "save-all", but it still doesn't upload the file to the server. How do I fix this. I have already set the default development path as well.

Have you set On explicit save action in File | Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Deployment | Options | Upload changed files automatically to the default server? Have you added the default deployment server?
Does uploading work if you try to do it manually? In the Project tool window, select this file or folder and then choose Upload to <default deployment server> on the context menu of the selection.
