Unable to find image 'pycharm_helpers:PY-181.4445.76' locally

After upgrading from 2017.3, I am getting the following error when I try to start my project.
Java.nullPointer.Exception.
At the logs I see the following line:
Unable to find image 'pycharm_helpers:PY-181.4445.76' locally.
I had to revert to previous version to run my projects
I am using Ubutntu 16.04, anf:
JRE: 1.8.0_152-release-1024-b6 amd64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
Linux 4.13.0-38-generic

Hi Sv1jsb! Do you use an SSH-based remote interpreter? Could please create a new ticket in our bug tracker and attach idea.log from Help | Show Log in ... there?

I am using docker-compose.
Works fine in 2017.3.
There is an image created by pycharm called: pycharm_helpers:PY-173.3727.137
but there is no pycharm_helpers:PY-181.4445.76
