Sometime My Phpstorm is very slow

It could be -- no way to tell that without knowing project details and seeing CPU snapshot. It could be even MacOS specific issue (when the same project would work fine on Windows)...

I suggest:

1. Collect needed logs: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241235-Reporting-performance-problems
2. Use "Submit a request" link at the top of this page -- you will create a Support ticket where you can privately attach any needed files
