PHPstorm 'Project' folders do not collapse if parent is collapsed

Before the update 2018.1.1 when you closed a parent folder the children of the folder would collapse.

After this new update if your collapse a parent folder the children are not collapsed.

I really liked it before where all child folders were collapsed if you collapsed the parent.

Is this something I can set up myself? I tried the option but couldn't find the option there
