Many features not working after 2018.1 update

I am not able to use many features after yesterday when I updated to the latest release with 2018.1. I use a Mac. Like:

• I cannot find usages for a variable. This happens when I click on the second variable. The first variable usage isn't deselected. Image.
• When I press Cmd + click on a class name, it doesn't take me to the class anymore: image

With this, I am having issues related to Maven projects importing into the IDE. Tried restarting the machine, restarting IntelliJ, reinstalling IntelliJ.

I do not use any Cloud service for config management like OneDrive or Dropbox.
