backup settings failed

PhpStorm 2018.1

in PhpStrom  'Preferences - Editor - Live Templates' , I can see all the templates, most of templates are created after I open the sync.

but after I export all the setting (I have try many times, and delete the old jar before export), and unzip the jar file, in the subdirectory `templates` , could not found all of them here.also not `~/Library/Preferences/PhpStorm2018.1/templates`.

if I disabled the sync, templates lost also.so, where is my templates? and how can I backup my templates.
