Live code completion in documentation

Is it possible to configure IntelliJ code completion in such a way so it behaves the same as for example the Atom editor for documentation files? I have made a video of this specific behavior: https://youtu.be/hsPPuaSWEKo 

All known words in a project are indexed and usable in such a way. Great way of speeding up the writing of documentation.

You could even have a default file with the most used words indexed for immediate use when writing documentation.
