WEBSTORM - taking forever to load changes in broweser
Hello
Windows 10 machine
Using latest release of webstorm
When I make changes to css or html sheet in the IDE it takes FOREVER for the change to reflect in the browser. It is impacting me to the point of going back to sublime.
Anything I can do on my end to make the change as close to immediate as possible?

What does your application look like? Do you use any kind of hot reloading (webpack, browsersync, etc.)?
