No Dataview in Pycharm Community 2018.1.1?

In Pycharm 2017 Community edition we were able to debug programs and for things like numpy arrays and pandas Dataframes we could click "...View as Array" or "...View as Dataframe" and a window would be opened where we could view. After the window came up there was a gear icon with setting to control how the window is displayed. The window could be docked and hidden in a "Dataview" currently, there is no gear icon and I cannot dock the window. Has this now been moved to a Pro feature? Is there an option for this elsewhere that I'm not seeing?

Hello! As of 2017.3 version, Data View as Toolwindow is present only in Pycharm Professional, in Pycharm Community this feature is present as a popup.
