assign keyboard shortcut to show definition tooltip

Is there any way to assign keyboard shortcut to show definition tooltip of a symbol at caret in IDEA? By default it's triggered by Ctrl+mouse over. I use Ctrl+Shift+I/Ctrl+Q as well but like tooltip for its simplistic appearance.

There is no such separate action. Please vote for this request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-158247.
