Feature request: Converting #%% divided scripts to Jupyter notebooks

With the recently released Scientific mode, I have moved away from Jupyter notebooks to using python scripts divided into cells using #%%. It helped me tremendously in interactive exploration within Pycharm instead of using a browser. I would like Pycharm to add a feature to convert such scripts to Jupyter notebooks to share with people who may not have Pycharm professional.

I honestly think this would make Pycharm a must have for data scientists and ML practitioners, a much more compelling offering than VSCode.
