how to edit command-line template in Java when create a new project

Hi,

I am studying a java and try to use intellij. I notice that every time when I create a new project and choose Command Line template then I stuck with Project Structure Level 6 despite that I has been set the default project structure to same as JDK (10).

Is it possible to edit the command line template or change its default JDK project structure please?

There is an issue with templated projects when language level is always the same. Please vote this issue in YouTrack: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-123363.
