Re-running a script with [CTRL] + [F5] does not work as expected

Hi,

As the title suggests I noticed that since PyCharm version (18.2) the behavior of re-running a script changed. I usually used CTRL+F5 directly out of the coding window to re-run a script but actually I need to select the console and then it is only possible to use CTRL + F5. Is there a setting I have to change so I can use this functionality the convenient way I am used to?
