Menu scrolling

Hello,

I'm using now Pycharm CE 2018.1 and when I click on a menu item (as File or Edit) , instead to have the menu scroll from the top, it scroll from the center. Although not preventing me to use the IDE, i find this a quite annoying. Is there a way to configure it ?
