Toolbox will not uninstall PyCharm 2018.2.1

Hi,

Just installed PyCharm via the latest Toolbox.

Then I closed PyCharm and tried to uninstall it from the Toolbox 

but it tells me that PyCharm is still running and won't remove it.

This seems like a bug to me.

I could not find the Toolbox category so posted here.
